Every item is hand checked before sending out but in the rare case that you receive an item that is damaged, it can be refunded or exchanged.

If the item is faulty, broken, leaking etc, please send an email to sales@brighterbeauty.com.au with photos within 7 days of receiving the product.

Please note damages to the outer packaging/box containing the items do not warrant a refund as they do not affect the effectiveness of the products.

For any allergic reactions Brighter Beauty doesn’t hold any responsibility as reactions will differ from person to person.

It is highly recommended to check ingredients and patch test the product if you are unsure.

Please do send an email through if it ever does happen so we can be aware.

Brighter Beauty does not allow refunds on changes of mind although store credit/exchanges can be made if the product is returned unopened and in original condition.

Return postage is at the customer’s expense.

Products on sale with less than 1 month expiry will be clearly listed on item description and the customer agrees to this when purchasing.
